CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT
1. No refund will be given for missed classes. Classes unavoidably missed may be made up by attending any
other suitable class in the same term.
CANCELLED CLASSES: In case of bad weather, please check our website www.barbaraashleydance.com or listen to the local radio stations for a message.
2. Classes are subject to change depending on the number of applicants. Any class with insufficient
registration may be cancelled and an alternative given. Class times may alter during the first 4 weeks of the
school year.
3. Students with unpaid term fees or costume fees will not be permitted in the Recital. Students must attend
all rehearsals and shows held at the Arts & Culture Centre. The selection of music and costumes will be the
sole decision of the director.
4. No street shoes will be permitted in the studio. Parents and students are asked to remove all shoes and boots and leave them in the porch.
5. ALLERGY ALERT: The following items are not permitted in the studio: nuts, peanut butter or oil, juice boxes, chocolate, fish.
6. NO CHEWING GUM ALLOWED ANY WHERE IN THE STUDIO!
7. NO CELL PHONES ARE PERMITTED IN CLASS!
